- Workpiece rotation mechanism
When the workpiece rolls from the slide into the cleaning station, it enters the cleaning state. At this time, the workpiece is supported by two rollers and is rotated by the rollers (by friction).
This machine is a high-function continuous operation cleaning with continuous feeding. During the cleaning process, the electromagnetic speed-regulated conveying roller is controlled by the electricity to send the steel cylinder into the ejection zone of the cleaning machine room. All sides of its body are affected by four different coordinate positions. Dust generated in shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere. The granular dust is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere. The granular dust is captured and collected.
