The conveying system of the whole production line adopts stepless variable speed adjustment, and the conveying system is composed of the input roller conveyor, blasting chamber roller conveyor and the output roller conveyor.
High quality carbon seamless steel pipe is adopted for the roller shaft of the input and output roller conveyor, and roller is first welding and then processing, to ensure the concentricity of the roller. Usually it can use 8-10 years.
The roller conveyor in blasting chamber has high chromium molybdenum wear resistant cast iron sheath, that can protect the roller conveyor avoid abrasive.
The engineering team uses 3-D dynamic simulation design blast turbines layout to ensure that the steel shot ray can cover the surface of the workpiece 360 degrees.
Shot blasting chamber with Mn13 steel guard plate which has high impact toughness and high service life, fully realize the reflection function of abrasive and improve the cleaning quality.

The abrasive cleaning system is controlled by PLC, and the detection device will automatically adjust the height of the brush and blower fan according to the thickness of the steel plate to ensure that all the steel shot is swept away.
Imported nylon material can keep tenacity at high temperature, keep high cleaning effect, service time 10000 hours under average work condition.
