
Tumble belt (tumbelt) type shot blasting machines are particularly suitable to process work-pieces in batch, from small light parts to big heavy cast parts. Work-pieces keep tumbling under abrasive stream for a full cleaning coverage.
Multiple wheel blasters are installed on blasting chamber according to the amount of work-pieces.
2 types of endless belt are chosen according to customers’ applications: rubber belt with work-pieces centring design and metal slat belt. Metal slat belt is particularly suitable for work-pieces after thermal treatment.

Blast wheel
☆Dynamic Simulation Design
The liners form a round track for abrasive, which allows all abrasive leave the turbine when they reach the highest speed with the least internal bounce and self-wear. Can offer high blast speed and full abrasive cover.
The maximum thickness of blast wheel shell can reach 70mm, better sealing effect, long service time.
The interior of the blasting wheel is turbo type, abrasive will not not stay in the distributor. Abrasive utilization rate increased to 99%, improve efficiency by 30%.
Blast wheel bottom has cushioning rubber, which can reduce vibration.
☆Blade & Impeller
The material of impeller is 40CrMnMo, the material of blade is high chrome wear-resistant casting iron, the hardness can reach HRC60-65.
Loading and Unloading system
☆Loading device is powered by high capacity hydraulic system, the loading speed and tilting angle are adjusted according to the sensitiveness, shape and weight of work-pieces.
☆The gate of blasting chamber is protected by manganese steel alloy and driven by hydraulic cylinder. The gate can match well with blasting chamber for a fine sealing to avoid abrasive leakage during process.
☆After blasting process, the tumble belt will rotate reversely to unload work-pieces into a unloading vibration belt. The vibration conveyor is protected by rubber sheet to avoid a work-piece damage when work-pieces drop onto vibration conveyor.

Dust collector
Max 3-grade dust collecting design can achieve max 99% clean efficiency.
☆Level-1 Dust Collecting: a gravity settling box above inlet/outlet chamber will make the abrasive shot in airflow drop back to chamber, so the dust collecting filter will not be damaged by abrasive shot, can achieve a longer service time.
☆Level-2 Dust Collecting: Cyclone dust collector have 2 collection points for dust and debris, primary collection point is for heavier chips and debris, while the second point is for finer particulate matter.
☆Level-3 Dust Collecting: high filtering avreage cartridge type or venturi design bag type filter can offer a long service time high effect, the final cleaning efficiency is upto 99%.
