How many type recovery system of the sandblasting room?
Single screw recovery system
Single screw recovery system is the most economical design. The main components of the system including screw, bucket elevator, separator, ladder and storage hopper. This type is the basic recovery system of sandblasting room, which can be extended to L type, H type, U type or fully automatic recovery system. It is most suitable for low or medium production.
L type recovery system
L type recovery system is add one longitudinal conveyor in one side of the blast room allows the abrasive delivery from the blasting nozzle, which is blown or bounded off the workpiece, to strike the side walls and fall into the conveyors and automatically reclaim approximately 40-70 percent of the blast media. After sandblasting , push the abrasive on the sandblasting room floor into the screw or scraper conveyor. This is best suited for low to medium production.
H type recovery system
H type recovery system adds two longitudinal conveyors on each side wall of the sandblast room allows the abrasive delivery from the blasting nozzle, which is to blow or bounce workpiece, to strike the side wall and fall into the conveyors and automatically reclaiming approximately 60-90 percent of the abrasive. After sandblasting , push the abrasive on the sandblasting room floor into the screw or scraper conveyor. This is best suited for medium to high production.
U type recovery system
U type recovery system adds two longitudinal screw or scraper conveyors on each wall of the blast room and positions the cross screw or scraper conveyors along the back wall of the blast room. This allows the abrasive delivery from blasting nozzle, which is blow or bounce off the workpiece, to strike the side wall and back wall of the blast room and fall into the reclaim system. The U type floor design will automatically reclaim 60-90 percent of the abrasive. After sandblasting , push the abrasive on the sandblasting room floor into the screw or scraper conveyor. This is best suited for medium to high production
