The shot blasting and painting line including a shot blasting system, painting system, drying system, and paint mist treatment system. The machine combines all system with a whole, to form a continuous automatic shot blasting and coating production line.
- The principle of shot blasting and painting line
The shot blasting and painting line uses the roller type continuous feeding shot blasting machine. During the shot blasting process, the adjustable speed roller conveyor controlled by the electric panel the steel structure or steel into the ejection zone of the blasting chamber. The strong and dense projectiles in the coordinate position hit and rubbed, causing the oxide scale, rust layer and dirt on it to quickly fall off, and the steel surface will obtain a certain roughness and smooth surface, and the workpiece is loaded and unloaded on the inlet and outlet rollers on both sides of the cleaning room. The projectiles and rust dust falling on the steel are blown by the blowing system, and the dropped abrasive dust mixture is conveyed by the recovery screw to the hopper, and the longitudinal and crosswise screw conveyors are collected in the lower part of the bucket elevator, and then lifted to the upper part of the machine for separation, the separated pure projectiles fall into the separator hopper for blasting recycling. Dust generated in shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.
After shot blasting, the workpiece enters the painting room, and the spray gun is evenly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece, and the workpiece is pushed to the drying room by the rotation of the roller table.
The workpiece enters the drying room, and the hot air is used to dry the paint layer attached to the workpiece using the principle of thermal circulation. The roller conveyor in the drying room is conveyed by a plated chain to reduce the contact surface of the workpiece to avoid damage to the coating.
As a procedure, the surface treatment is completed on the shot blasting and painting line. The shot blasting and painting line is a process that combines the processes of shot blasting, primer coating, and drying. After this process, the steel plate and profile are thoroughly shot blasted, and at the same time, an anti-corrosion coating can be sprayed. Compared with the traditional pickling spraying system, the shot blasting and painting system has many advantages. First, it is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. The use of steel shot will not cause waste pollution. Second, it will not cause hydrogen embrittlement. Third, shot blasting can complete texturing and avoid secondary texturing. Fourth, shot blasting can achieve stress strengthening and extend the life of the workpiece.
