The blasting chamber is a large chamber plate box shaped welding structure, and the inner wall of the chamber is lined with a ZGMn13 wear-resistant protective plate, and the cleaning operation is performed in a sealed chamber.
It is divided into chamber roller conveyor, inlet and outlet roller conveyor.
The chamber roller coat is made of high-chromium wear-resistant sheath and limit ring. The high-chromium wear-resistant sheath is used to protect the roller and bear the abrasive impact. The limit ring can make the workpiece run in a predetermined position to prevent deviation and cause accidents.

Abrasives dosing pipe
The abrasive dosing pipe has a double control function. Above every dosing pipe each has a ram it can cut off the abrasive from the separator, so as to convenient to maintenance the respective blast wheel; the opening of the ram can adjust the flow of the projectile. It also can be pneumatically controlled the number of gates to save energy, reduce wear on the machine, and ensure that production needs are met.
The blast wheel adopt to double-disc design. It is mainly composed of a rotating mechanism, an impeller, a casing, a control cage, a distributor, guard plate, etc. Wherein the impeller is made of Cr40 material, and the blade, the control cage, the distributor and the guard plate are all made of high chromium.
Abrasive cleaning device
The device adopts a high pressure fan and is equipped with multiple groups of elastic blowing nozzles with different angles in the outlet blasting chamber. It will cleaning and remaining abrasive on the surface of the workpiece.
Inlet and outlet sealing device
The shot blasting machine inlet and outlet sealing device is made of rubber spring steel plate. In order to prevent the abrasive splashing out from the blasting chamer during shot blasting, multiple reinforcing seals are arranged at the entrance and exit. The characteristics are strong elasticity, long service life and good sealing effect.
Dust removal system
The dust collector is mainly composed of filter cartridge, a fan and a dust removal pipe. The dust removal efficiency can reach 99.5%.
The electric control system adopts the conventional control to realize the control of the whole machine. It adopts the high-quality electrical components produced at home and abroad, which has the advantages of high reliability and convenient maintenance.
